About Sunthetics

Sunthetics is a machine learning platform that helps R&D teams to visualize data, uncover trends, and intelligently guide experiments. Their unique model adapts to each client’s dataset, making it an attractive option for organizations on tight budgets and with ambitious sustainability goals.

As the company secured seed funding and prepared to scale its team, operations became more complex. Chief of Staff Kevin Mercado — responsible for everything from HR and IT to compliance and customer management — needed to streamline IT processes without adding overhead.
