Electric’s packages are all-inclusive as detailed above with a per-user, per-month rate ranging from $49 – $200+, based on package and number of users. From there, you may elect to add any of our add-on services to your package subscription. Prices vary by add-on service.
There is a one-time implementation fee based on the number of users in your Electric subscription. This fee includes access to a dedicated implementation specialist who will help you seamlessly onboard your IT to Electric. This specialist will be available to you for the duration of your onboarding and will lend their technical expertise to help you navigate the transition.
The choice is up to you. However, you should consider several key differences. Need support for applications and device troubleshooting? Want all of your employees to have a resource they can turn to, to submit their IT requests? Drowning in sysadmin or troubleshooting requests? You’ll want to go with the Core Package as Basic does not include these services.

Electric has built powerful integrations with best-in-class RMM software, Kaseya, and MDM software, Jamf, to protect and support your devices. When customers onboard with Electric we require that they migrate to our instances of Jamf and/or Kaseya. Doing so will ensure you have the best quality experience and allow Electric to take this work off your plate. If you are on another device management software, we will support you with the migration process.
The implementation process is broken into phases, designed to give access to the platform as quickly as possible. A typical implementation takes 45 days from start to finish with the service desk being activated within 14 days. However, your partnership will set the timeline as we will need your help to ensure Electric is set up for success, and we can work as quickly as you can.
So long as you meet the minimum subscription rate, you will have access to a dedicated customer success manager (CSM), regardless of package. Your CSM will be there to provide product and service guidance, periodic technical check-ins, support for any questions you may have, and to put you in touch with the right technical Electric experts for any IT needs that arise.
