Electric, the world’s first all-in-one IT support solution for small and mid-size offices, today announced the appointment of Jamie Coakley as VP of People. In this role she will oversee Talent, HR and Employee Engagement.
Ms. Coakley is a proven leader with nearly a decade of success energizing growth and profitability for recruiting and staffing companies in New York and San Francisco. Prior to joining Electric as the VP of People, Ms. Coakley led and expanded the New York startup TwentyPine, an organization focused exclusively on Salesforce and Sales Operations hiring. Prior to TwentyPine, she was East Coast Managing Director of a high-growth national recruiting firm, where she successfully helped scale the company from 14 to 150 team members, with over $20M in annual revenue globally.
“We continue to meet and beat our already-ambitious plans. At the forefront of that growth is a requirement to scale a world-class team and have fun along the way. Jamie’s broad base of operational experience, ambition and attitude make her a tremendous asset to Electric, our customers and our partners,” said Ryan Denehy, Electric’s Founder and CEO.
“I’m thrilled to be joining Electric at this stage of growth and to be joining an already best-in-class team,” Coakley explained. “As one of Electric’s first customers, and as Electric’s first ever repeat customer, I understand the product, the value and the impact we are making daily with businesses. It’s huge. And, as Electric continues to grow, the investment in people will be one of the greatest we can make. I look forward to taking that challenge head-on.”
