Electric has been procuring and provisioning Apple devices for our customers since 2017. Since then, our offering has evolved in line with our commitment to managing the full device lifecycle for small and medium-sized businesses. 

• 2017: Electric procures and provisions customer-purchased equipment and offers repair coordination.
  
• 2018: Launch of remote provisioning, allowing more flexibility for customers.
