Electric, the world’s first real-time IT support and security solution announces the appointment of Temy Mancusi-Ungaro as Chief Customer Officer.
Temy joins Electric with two decades of experience building out support, service and operations for high-growth technology companies. His teams have been responsible for the entire customer lifecycle, including onboarding, implementation, optimization and renewals across a range of client segments, including SMB, mid-market, enterprise and partners.
Most recently, Temy served as SVP of Client Delivery at Yext, where he grew the team globally from only a handful of professionals to over 150, taking the company through an initial public offering (IPO) and ultimately supporting over 2 million paying licenses. Prior to Yext, he built out the CityGrid product offering for Citysearch expanding its reach to 250 sites and 1 million paying locations. He also brings a strong a finance background with previous roles at IAC/InterActiveCorp, Sonenshine Partners and Citigroup.
